The Watch · Per site · Around the clock

Your site. Always watched.

Name a site or draw an area. GeoBit watches it 24 hours a day and sends you what matters: corroborated alerts with the map, a digest every morning, a SITREP when something happens. A named GeoBit analyst takes the decisions. You buy the finished watch, at one price per site per month, agreed before it starts.

What you get

A watched site, delivered as output.

Not a dashboard to staff. The system reads, sorts and drafts around the clock, and a named GeoBit analyst holds the decisions. You hear from it when something matters, and every morning either way.

ContinuousEvery cycle

The 24/7 watch

Every event, alert and report, in every language, is measured against your area. Sweeps run as often as every 15 minutes, or hourly or daily if you want it quieter.

What happened across your sites, what was escalated and why, and where the trend is going. Thresholds are tuned for the month ahead.

How it is billed

One site. One month. One price.

The unit is one site or area of interest, watched for one month. You pay one price per site per month, agreed before the watch starts. No seats, no hourly billing, and no charge for the number of people on the floor.

Included in every unit

The whole watch

  • The 24/7 watch on the area, at the sweep cadence you choose
  • Triage: duplicates collapsed, places geocoded, every hit confidence-tagged
  • Corroborated alerts with the map, on your channels
  • The dawn digest, every day
  • SITREPs whenever something happens
  • Escalation to a named GeoBit analyst
  • A place on the ranked board, with the why in plain words
  • The monthly review, and an after-action report on request
What counts as one unit

One site or area

  • One facility and the radius you set around it
  • One drawn area: a polygon, a circle, a box or a boundary
  • One route or corridor, with its ends agreed at scoping
  • A large city or region may count as several areas. You see the split before you sign
  • Every unit is named in the agreement, so the invoice matches the list
What sits outside it

No surprises on the invoice

  • Not billed one by one: alerts, SITREPs, escalations and digests. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one
  • An incident that becomes a crisis moves to Crisis Week, only when you agree. Your other sites stay on watch
  • People on the move, travelers and journeys, are Movements
  • A full scored site assessment is an Assessment
  • Guards and on-the-ground response are not part of the service
Who is accountable

A named person owns every decision.

The system does the reading and the drafting. People hold the keys. What the system may do on its own is written down for each client and enforced in code.

A named analyst on decisions

Every consequential action reaches a named GeoBit analyst with the evidence attached and the draft ready. The AI recommends. A person decides, and their name goes on the record. Nobody is woken for a rumor.

decision path → recommended by AI · decided by a named person · logged

Two keys on the irreversibles

A public statement, an evacuation recommendation or a mass notification to more than 50 people never fires on its own, at any tier. The heaviest actions need two named people. Every outbound action also passes a second-model review for accuracy and proportionality first.

reversibility gate → reversible: run · irreversible: queue for a named person · life-safety: two named people

A hash-chained audit log

Every action and decision goes into an append-only log. Each record carries the hash of the one before it, so an edit or a deletion breaks the chain at the exact line. Any decision can be rebuilt afterward, the AI's reasoning included.

{"action":"sitrep.draft","severity":"ELEVATED","confidence":0.62,"previous_hash":"9f2c…e41a"}

Four autonomy tiers, set per client

You choose how much the system may do without asking. It starts at the most cautious tier. It moves up only after 30 days of measured accuracy and sign-off from two named people, and it drops back on its own if it gets things wrong.

MONITORobserve and draft, send nothing
SUGGESTdraft all, one-click approval
AUTO-REVERSIBLErun reversible, gate the rest
FULL AUTOtwo keys on the irreversibles

It checks itself every hour. Feed freshness, audit-chain integrity, alert channels armed, loop heartbeat. Anything red goes to a person straight away. One master switch, held by a human.

What it replaces

The room, the rota and the handovers.

Watching sites around the clock has meant a staffed room: operators on day and night shifts, often with sister centers following the sun. The Watch delivers what that room produced, without the room. It replaces the shifts, not your security team. You keep the standards and the decision.

The jobA staffed roomThe Watch
Who watchesTen to fifteen operators per center, on rotating shiftsThe system reads without a break. Named GeoBit analysts take the decisions
HandoversTwo or three a day, each one a place to drop the threadNone. The record is the handover

The recordShift logs and memoryA hash-chained log. Every decision can be rebuilt with its reasoning
Standing it upA room, a build-out and a hiring cycleSend your sites. The watch starts the next business day

Watching 10,000 areas takes the same floor as watching 10.

That is the capacity the system adds. It carries the reading, the sorting and the drafting, so your people spend their hours on judgment and on the calls only they can make. And because you pay per site, you pay for coverage, not for the shift pattern behind it.

How it runs

From signature to the first monthly review.

01 · Scope

List the sites

Send the sites or areas, what should trigger an alert and who receives it. We agree the list of units and one price per site per month, in writing.

02 · Arm

The watch starts

Sites load from one file, up to 20,000. The watch starts the next business day after signature. We pick the starting autonomy tier with you.

03 · Onboard

Your channels, your templates

Within three to five business days, the escalation tree is set up and the templates are agreed. Alerts arrive where you asked.

04 · Week two

Judge it

Run it next to the way you watch today for a week. Compare what it caught and how fast. Tune the thresholds.

05 · Month one

The first review

What it caught, what it ignored and what was escalated, all from the record. Add or drop sites for the next month.

One month minimum, then month to month. Sites can be added or dropped at each review.

Straight answers

Before you sign.

What counts as one site?
One facility with the radius you set, one drawn area, or one route agreed at scoping. A large city or region can count as several areas. Every unit is named in the agreement before the watch starts, so the invoice matches the list.
Are alerts or SITREPs billed separately?
No. Alerts, SITREPs, escalations, the digest and the monthly review are all inside the unit. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
What happens when an incident turns into a crisis?
Routine incidents stay inside the watch. If one event needs a dedicated cell working it around the clock, we flag it and recommend Crisis Week. It starts only when you agree, at a price agreed before it starts. The watch on your other sites carries on.
Does our team have to run anything?
No. The watch arrives as output on your channels and your templates: alerts, the digest, SITREPs. A client login with the live board and the map is there whenever you want to look.
Do you send guards or a response team?
No. The Watch covers monitoring, analysis and escalation. If you have people on the ground, they get a clean tasking packet: who, where, what is known and what is needed.
Can we add or drop sites?
Yes. The minimum is one month, then it runs month to month. Changes are agreed in writing before they take effect, and more sites move you into a higher volume tier.
