A security operations center used to be a room full of salaries watching the world for your sites. GeoBit GSOC is that room as software. An AI operator runs the watch for your facilities, people, and travelers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We run all of it for you, with a team sized to your footprint. Named humans hold every key that matters.
Every organization with distributed sites needs someone watching the world around them, around the clock, in every language, without dropping the thread at a shift change. Today that is a room full of salaries, or it is nothing. We replace the room.
You load your sites once. Up to 20,000 in a single file. From then on, everything the system reads is measured against your footprint. You never get "protest in Germany." You get "protest forming two kilometers from your site, confirmed by two sources, medium severity."
The AI floor does the watching. Collection, translation, verification, ranking, escalation drafting, and reporting run continuously through Asia's morning, Europe's afternoon, and both US coasts' nights. Nothing is ever put down.
Our duty desk takes the decisions. Every consequential outbound action, from a mass notification to an evacuation recommendation, arrives at a named GeoBit analyst already triaged, evidenced, and drafted. The heaviest actions need two named humans. Nobody is woken for a rumor.
Your products arrive on schedule. A dawn digest, shift pass-downs, mapped situation reports, a ranked portfolio with the why in plain words, and a monthly executive rollup. Written from the record, not from memory.
The operator runs the same seven-step cycle a trained watch officer runs, except it runs it every few minutes, on every site at once, and writes down every decision it makes.
Pull every event since the last cycle: news, official alerts, social, satellite, sensors, your own connectors.
feeds · ews · geofenceDedupe, geolocate, translate, and confidence-tag each report. Single-source rumors are watched, not acted on.
fast-tier modelIntersect every incident with your sites, assets, and travelers. Who and what is inside the radius right now.
AOI intersectThe watch director reasons over analyst assessments, picks the playbook, and drafts the action.
reasoning-tier modelReversible actions run. Irreversible ones queue for a named human with the evidence attached.
reversibility gateEvery action and decision lands in a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit log and the case file.
immutable auditScore its own calibration against outcomes. Sources that cry wolf lose trust. Learnings persist.
every Nth cycleEvery armed area of interest has its own analyst reading its own patch: local reporting, social chatter, traffic, sentiment, sensors. Each files a two-line assessment with citations. Quiet sites stay quiet and cost nothing.
Reads the analyst register, not raw feeds. Sees cross-site patterns a human floor misses, opens and runs cases, drafts SITREPs, and stages every escalation with its reasoning visible.
Named GeoBit analysts on watch, sized to your footprint, clearing a decision queue the AI has triaged and evidenced. They take the human-voice moments: the frightened caller, the police desk, your chief of staff.
The analyst army at an incumbent exists mostly to read sources. One model reads all of them at once. That removes the reason the army was a moat.
Official alerts from national warning systems, ingested as first-party truth.
Drawn from a registry of nearly 2,700, plus roughly 400 curated publisher feeds.
The news of every country on earth, read in that country's own language and translated automatically.
City-level incident data for street-level crime pressure around your sites.
Thermal anomalies near your footprint, without waiting for someone to report them.
Telegram, X, Reddit, Bluesky, and the community boards where action against a facility is planned.
Publishing an event requires two independent sources. The word "verified" is reserved for confirmation by two different kinds of source, a news report plus official data, for example. Ten retweets of one rumor count as one voice. Every map pin is honest about its precision. When the system writes a report, a fact-check pass deletes any sentence the underlying data does not support.
The thresholds below are lifted from the operator's own doctrine. They are enforced in code, not in a slide.
| Confidence | Meaning | What the operator does |
|---|---|---|
| 0.00 to 0.40 | Rumor, single source | Watch. Open no case. |
| 0.40 to 0.60 | Partial | Open MONITOR case. No broadcast. |
| 0.60 to 0.75 | Likely | Open ELEVATED or PRIORITY case. Draft products. |
| 0.75 to 0.90 | Confirmed | Open CRITICAL case. Stage the duty-of-care cascade. |
| 0.90 to 1.00 | Hard confirmation | FLASH. Cascade, SITREP, escalate to human. |
Every product below is generated automatically from world state. The morning report is already written before your first coffee, and it says "all quiet" when it is.
Overnight cases, outcomes, cascades, and receipts. Mechanical from the record, so it cannot invent a number.
The handover, generated. What changed, what is open, what needs a decision. A late brief beats no brief; a missed one never happens.
Your sites ranked within your own portfolio with the why in plain sentences. Where the data is thin it says NO SCORE rather than guessing.
Sites down the side, threat types across the top, each cell a word like HIGH, each cell clickable to the events behind it.
Event, location, time, severity, confidence, named exposure, timestamped actions. Drafted when a case crosses the line or materially changes.
Two weeks ahead for announced protests and the council and zoning meetings where opposition organizes. Written forecasts that name what would prove them wrong.
The month across the portfolio for the board: what happened, what was prevented, what the trend is.
"What happened near our west-coast sites this week?" Pins with sources come back, not a paragraph to take on faith. Or email it an address and get a full product back.
Each site's rhythm learned from its own history: the hours and days when trouble actually happens there, for staffing and escort decisions.
When a credible threat sits inside your area of interest with people present, the first action is to reach the people. The cascade below is the operator's doctrine, sequenced to the minute.
In-app push to every device in the polygon, priority FLASH, check-in required within 15 minutes. Human-keyed at every tier before it sends.
Read the roll. For each person unaccounted for: SMS, then a calm voice call from the AI assistant asking "Are you safe? Where are you? Are you injured?"
Still no answer: the assistant calls the family contact from the roster, reassuring, never alarmist. Your escalation chain receives who acked and who did not.
Anyone still unaccounted for hands the case to a named GeoBit analyst. If you have ground assets, a responder is called with a clean tasking packet: who, where, what is known, what is needed.
Every attempt, delivery, ACK, and decision is written to the case file as it happens.
Nobody gets woken for a rumor. Before a human is paged, a claim must clear independent confirmation from at least three unrelated source families. When it is real, the chain does not stop until someone acknowledges.
One consolidated call for a major event. No alert spam. And if the AI itself goes down, the alarm rails run without it. An outage makes the floor simpler, never silent.
What the system may do on its own is written down and enforced. This is what lets a risk committee say yes to an AI watch floor.
You choose how much the operator may do without asking. It starts at the most conservative tier and earns independence only by proving measured accuracy over 30 days, with two named people signing off. Get it wrong and its permissions drop automatically.
Public statements, evacuation recommendations, and mass notification above 50 people never auto-fire under any tier. The policy engine enforces it and the operator's doctrine repeats it. Every outbound action also passes a second-model adversarial review for accuracy and proportionality before it reaches the queue.
Every action and decision lands in an append-only log where each record carries the hash of the one before it. Any edit or deletion breaks the chain at a pinpointable line. Every decision is reconstructable afterward, including the AI's own reasoning.
Feed freshness, audit-chain integrity, notification rails armed, loop heartbeat. Anything red emails a human immediately. A dead-man watchdog lets an external monitor confirm the floor is alive. One master switch, owned by a human.
We sell decision support under named-human control, not a machine with its finger on the button. The autonomy is the product. The gating is what makes it sellable to your general counsel.
A traditional operator needs a wall of monitors because they are the fusion engine. Each GeoBit duty officer runs five screens, each one a role the AI collapsed. We size the desk to your footprint and staff it ourselves.
Approvals push. One-tap approve or deny. The overnight watch is woken only for decisions above the AI's authority.
Every action awaiting a human, with the evidence trail attached. Replaces the shift lead.
Your sites, cases, and travelers on one live map. Replaces the watch officer.
Entity and link graph, timeline, deep-dive investigation. Replaces the intelligence analyst.
Chat-to-map, the multi-source AOI engine, maritime, air, satellite, and social layers. Replaces the collection manager.
Hotline escalations, outbound SITREPs, the dawn digest, system health. Replaces the dispatcher and the reporting desk.
Sites as a spreadsheet, up to 20,000 in one file. Rosters and travelers as CSV. Tell us what you need on your desk daily and weekly. We size the watch to it.
A scoped client login: your sites ranked and explained, the live map, the morning report arriving on schedule. We pick the starting autonomy tier with you.
Run it alongside your manual process for a week. Compare what it caught, how fast, and what it took. Then decide.

| Standing it up | A room, a build-out, a hiring cycle | Send your sites. Live within days. Judge it against the room in week two |
You do not have to hire a desk to start. Pick one fixed first thing, or describe something else entirely, tell us where and when, and a person comes back within one working day with a scope, the date it lands, and the quote. Say yes and the work starts the next business day.
Hire any desk on this site and the platform, the watch, the other desks and the people come with it. Nothing is a module.
The whole system, everything included. Every chair comes with all of it.
We build your maps for you — daily or weekly — and deliver them.
Draw your areas; our AI watches them 24/7 and alerts you.
An engineer embedded with your team, deployed anywhere.
A named analyst on your channels, with the whole system behind them.
Hire the team and get the output: one to ten operators, every offering included.
The whole job on one system, from the first signal to the after-action report. Not a slice.
A piece of intelligence work, done for you and delivered on a date.
How exposed a site is, from the fence line outward, with ranked fixes.
Who would do it and could they: actors placed by intent and capability.
What could go wrong, how likely, how bad, and what moves the score.
Find the pathway before the act: subjects assessed, places watched, cases filed.
Plans and drills before, a response desk in minutes during, after-action after.
Physical and control-system posture together, the dependency graph, the cascade.
The whole GSOC fits in a backpack. Tell us about your footprint — people, sites, regions — and we'll size the watch around it and stand it up on your conference table.
